Space Craft Safety Tests – SpaceX Conducted a Launch Escape Test for Its Dragon Space Craft (


SpaceX recently completed a launch escape test for crew members on board the Dragon, which was launched from the Falcon 9 rocket. The test was conducted in order to see if the launch escape damaged the two humanoid objects that were on board the Dragon.

The test was important for SpaceX to determine if it would be able to have humans on board the spacecraft. Additionally, the company stated that it intends to use the Dragon to transport humans to the International space station at some point in the first half of 2020. However, SpaceX has not indicated a specific date for its ISS mission.

Overall the test is a vital step for SpaceX, as the company prepares for human passengers.
